End User License Agreement
By submitting your email below, you acknowledge that you agree to the following Knowledge-Advantage Intellectual Property End User License Agreement (EULA).
As a licensed user, you agree that all representation (including but not limited to images, audio, text and electronic mediums) of Knowledge-Advantage IP and software are the sole property of Knowledge-Advantage.
As a licensed user, you understand that the distribution of Knowledge-Advantage IP and software (including but not limited to images, audio, text, and electronic mediums) to non-licensed users within your company and its channel partners is prohibited.
As a licensed user, as a part of your selling and support efforts, you can freely distribute Knowledge-Advantage IP and software (images, laminated cards, interactive PDFs, PowerPoint visuals, etc.) to your prospects and clients.
As a licensed user, you will not alter Knowledge-Advantage's IP and software (including but not limited to images, audio, text and electronic mediums) without the prior expressed written permission of Knowledge-Advantage.
